NG ATTACHMENTS WARRANTY POLICY

Limited 2 Year Warranty

NG Attachments provides a limited warranty for products manufactured by NG against defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, NG Attachments offers a limited warranty that all products manufactured by NG will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. The warranty period will commence ninety (90) days after delivery to the dealer or upon the sale of the product to the end user, whichever occurs first.

First Year Warranty Coverage

During the first year from the date of purchase, if any product subject to this warranty is rejected due to failure to conform to the specifications and drawings, or due to failure in workmanship or materials, the obligation of NG shall be limited to replacing the defective items with compliant items or, at the sole discretion of NG, repairing such items.

Second Year Warranty Coverage

During the second year from the date of purchase, if any product subject to this warranty is rejected due to failure to conform to the specifications and drawings, or due to failure in workmanship or materials, the obligation of NG shall be limited to replacing the defective items with compliant items. NG shall not be responsible for any labor costs associated with repair or installation of replacement parts during the second year.

Limitation of Warranty

In no event shall NG be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damage incurred by the purchaser, including but not limited to loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, machine downtime, cost of a substitute product, or any related damage to equipment, machinery or attachments.

Warranty Will Not Be Considered For

Products that, in the judgement of NG, have been misused by the user.

Products not sold or manufactured by NG.

Alterations or repairs not authorized by an NG representative.

Travel time, downtime, shop supplies or environmental charges.

Wear items and consumables.

Exposure to weather or external elements due to improper storage.

Warranty Claims

The distributor or dealer must notify NG immediately of the defect by phone, fax or email. All claims must be accompanied by clear photographs of the defective product, serial information when available, and a description of the operating conditions.

Recommended repairs and the cost of replacement are to be discussed with and agreed upon by an authorized NG representative. Repair and labor, at an agreed rate, shall be performed by an NG dealer or by a repair shop designated by NG. NG Attachments may require that any defective product or part be returned to NG in Turkey for inspection.
